[운송물류] 발티모아에서 부산으로 해상운송과 관련해서 질문드립니다.

FOB 조건으로 한다고 했는데,
근처항구를 항구를 잘몰라서 그냥 FOB조건으로 구매하겠다고 해서
proforma invoice에 받은 대로 신용장 개설할때 FOB baltimore port로 적었습니다.
근데 제가 지정한 선사가 baltimore port에서는 부산으로 오는 배가 없다고 해서, 미국에 그얘길 했더니, 아래와 같은 답변이 왔습니다.
Re: Baltimore port we would like to inform you as follows:
Baltimore Port is where we deliver our products. There are several
steamship lines that call Baltimore direct, but most barge the
containers to Norfolk port for loading on vessels. Transit time to
Pusan is approximately 25 to 30 days.
Steamship Lines do call Pusan from Baltimore with longer transit times.
Most steamship lines offer Baltimore via Norfolk sailings.
We have a very competitive rate with Evergreen Lines of $1,353 for 20
foot containers and $1,540 for 40 foot containers. Transit time
approximately 26 days.

제가 정확하게 의미파악이 안됩니다.
일단은 된다고 하는 것 같은데, 뉴욕이 18일 걸린다고 들었는데, 그에 비해 시간이 더 걸리는 것외에는 ....
지정한 선사에서는 다시 뉴욕까지 운반해서 부산까지 가져 오려고 합니다.
하지만 그렇게 하면 육상 운임이 너무 많이 나오는 것 같은데...
설명좀 부탁드립니다.
